I love bleu cheese, but the store bought dressings leave much to be desired. With dreams of Jason's Deli's salad bar in my head, I tried out this recipe from The Pioneer Woman cooking blog. Once again, extremely easy. Are you starting to see a pattern here?
Ingredients:
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
bleu cheese
Directions:
Mix the ranch mix and milk. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo and sour cream. Add in the ranch/milk mixture, than stir in the bleu cheese. Serve with a veggie tray.
