Because I've been keeping up on my other blog so well lately, I decided... hey, let's start another one. Actually, this goes back to the blog book thing again. I really love to cook, and I am pretty lucky that my two boys will eat just about anything I whip up on the stove/oven/microwave. Aside from the family favorites, I have under my belt (gumbo, jambalaya, chicken spaghetti), I subscribe to several cooking magazines: Rachael Ray, Food Network, Cooking Light, Everyday Food. I thumb through the mags periodically, choose my favorites, and add them to a recipe binder. Said recipe binder is presently busting at the seems. I thought a blog would be a good way to consolidate the ones I've tried and plan to try again, and then put them into a blog book. So, if you happen to follow along... enjoy and happy cooking!
